The Book High
I've always said I'll read anything, and I really do mean that. Lately M/M romance has had my interest, but fantasy and sci-fi were my first loves and will always hold a special place in my heart. I also love histories and biographies.
I remember really liking [b:Half-Baked Promises|13701069|Half-Baked Promises (Castor Springs, #1)|Erica Pike|http://d202m5krfqbpi5.cloudfront.net/books/1338991971s/13701069.jpg|19322023], which was written as part of last year's Don't Read in the Closet event. I also remember being very happy at the hints that there would be more of these two, since I thoroughly enjoyed reading about them and wanted them to get more than the HFN ending of the first story.This was the perfect sequel to that first story. The small-town atmosphere and people were still perfectly described, Liam and Kevin are still lovely and so sweet together, and things between them are much more settled at the end of this story than at the end of the first.
