This just wasn't really for me, I suppose. Brendon went way beyond simply being socially awkward and into Asperger's territory. Which is fine, I've had students with Asperger's and I admire them and their families very much. But I don't necessarily want to read an erotic romance about them. Just having Brendon get so mad that he storms out of the car and calls Josh a butthead for 5 or 6 pages--and decides he really loves that word--made him seem so juvenile that I felt uncomfortable reading about them making up.
I understand he's an adult, he just frequently didn't seem like one, and it made me not enjoy reading his story.
